It is not an accident that YOU are reading this right now.

 The Bible says that TODAY is the day of salvation.

“Behold now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of Salvation.” 2 Cor. 6:2

Even more encouraging is this scripture found in the Bible, “And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.”  Romans 13:11

What a wonderful truth to understand that our final deliverance, for those who have accepted Christ, is approaching.  We are in a critical hour to understand the urgency of accepting Jesus Christ.

Let’s help and determine your current situation. 
The evidence will demand a verdict. 

1. Have you ever lied?

2. Have you ever taken something that did not belong to you?

3. Have you ever taken God’s name in vain?

4. Have you ever fornicated or committed adultery?

5. Have you ever wanted something your friend had so bad that you wished that you had it too, that’s coveting.

These questions are for you to answer yourself. Only you know your condition.  

Answering yes to one question above, causes you to fall guilty of sin. Big or little.

That is a sobering thought.

The great news is that God made a way to clean the slate and be forgiven of all sin.

How?

The Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of being perfect people.  Sin holds one back from being in good standing with God.

Without accepting Jesus Christ, one will not be the person God has created them to be.  Without Jesus Christ, one cannot be washed clean of sin.

Will you recognize that  Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of the one and only true and living God, who died to pay the price for your debt of sin?

This is the GOOD NEWS.  God himself, loved you so much, that he gave his only Son to die in your place.  This is God’s free gift to you.

PRAY TODAY.

Please, do not delay getting things right with God.

Repent and turn from your sin.  Stop running from God and run straight into His loving arms. He is waiting for YOU.

The scriptures in the Bible tell us that, God knows you by name.  How encouraging is that?

The Bible, which is God’s Word, also tells us in the book of Jeremiah the Prophet that “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you…”

God has always known you.  Will you acknowledge Him and recognize his Son?

Today, I invite you to reconcile with God and accept the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ.

INVITATION TO PRAY.

Pray this prayer, mean it with your whole being.  Make it your own, and you will accept Jesus Christ to be Lord of your life and your Savior.

PRAYER: DEAR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, I REALIZE THAT I AM A SINNER. I OPEN MY HEART AND LIVE FOR YOU NOW AND FOREVER.

I ASK FOR FORGIVENESS OF MY SINS AND ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT ON THE CROSS FOR MY DEBT OF SIN.  I ASK YOU TO COME INTO MY HEART AND LIFE AND I CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOW MY LORD AND SAVIOR.  THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ME.  IN JESUS NAME I PRAY. AMEN.
